Cancellation Policy

Kasi ludo is a gaming platform that facilitates payments upfront for its games. We aim to provide seemless and fair gaming experience to you. We do encourage you to note that once a game is purchased on fee, we do not provide any refunds to you after the purchase.

However, if you have have subscribed to our premium services which are charged monthly, you can make refund claims within 48 hours. Failure to do so, you will no longer be able to get a refund, instead we will unsubscribe you from our premium service until you resubscribe.

You do qualify for refund on premium subscrption within 2 days (48 hours) of payment deduction following the procedure below:

• Go to Refund Page.
• Fill in the form, which seeks the reason for the refund.
• It is crucial to note that kasi Ludo will deduct from your refund amount the fee of the sum of games you have played since your payment.
• Once your refund policy has been appoved, which may take between 1 - 2 business days, you'll receive a reference email giving you the refund payment date.
• The refunds payment may take between 2 - 4 days before reflecting to your account, depending on your bank.
